🔄 Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. However, not all items are eligible — please review the return eligibility criteria below before proceeding.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee or a replacement. To qualify, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery at support@sofiria.com.


✅ Return Eligibility

Items eligible for return include:

  • Products that arrive damaged or defective

  • Non-custom items that are unused and in original condition and packaging


❌ Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Custom-made or personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective

  • Orders not delivered due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Returns based on buyer’s remorse (e.g. changing your mind or no longer wanting the item)

We reserve the right to deny a return or refund request if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.


✏️ Order Cancellations & Modifications

We know that mistakes can happen, so we offer a 4-hour grace period after you place your order to make changes or cancel it.

  1. 4-Hour Grace Period: You may cancel or modify your order within 4 hours of placing it.

  2. Unfulfilled Orders: If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may request cancellation even after the 4-hour window.

  3. Engraving Details: Changes to engraving may not be possible after the 4-hour grace period, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

  4. Fulfilled Orders: Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
